Barqodhereg started life in 2006 as a Water Drilling Company and then a single farm in 2009 called the ‘Dubur Farm’ named after a village near the famous Sheikh town, Somaliland. Which became the Largest Supplier of Fresh Vegetables to the Burao Market.
Ahmed Dirir owner and the manager of the farm, new to agriculture, stumbled across several hurdles at first but came out the other side with hugely successful vegetable operations.
